We really enjoyed the private spa stay in Sursee, It was truly a wonderful Experience. Future guests do check this place out. First its location is a bit odd, as it is situated in an industrial area, in an office building complex where there are other businesses. But once you enter the spa side of the building, you do enter a lovely space and you do quickly forget that you’re in an office complex. You get a lovely big whirlpool jacuzzi, a sauna, and an open walk-in shower. There is a fridge filled with drinks and snacks “not included in on the cost, which would have been nice, but still with the supplied price list, the costs are acceptable. There is a Bluetooth speaker, a tv, and two air conditioners. One for tempature and the other for humidity. We did not use the Bluetooth speaker or the TV, so we can’t comment on that. You get 4 towels and 2 bath robes. And for all you smokers out there, there is a seperated smoking room. Just around the corner from the building where the room is located is a truly fantastic restaurant called Barrage, great food, awesome atmosphere, lovely dinner spot, 2 min drive, or a short walk. We also did not opt to have food service, so no breakfast or dinner. Mainly because we wanted to go out for dinner, and you need to leave at 10am in the morning sharp!, which for us, as parents of many kids, never getting the opportunity to sleep late, meant we slept as late as we could, and if we were to have breakfast, we would have needed a later check out time, and so we opted to sleep late, leave at 10 have a late breakfast elsewhere. This place does come recommended, our stay was fantastic, the Jacuzzi, so nice. If your goal is to relax, this is a great place to do it. Quiet, peaceful, Private, you get your own space to just chill out, and that is exactly what we got, it was really wonderful, I enjoyed every second of it, and do highly recommend this place.

One of the best spas. I enjoyed the depth of the pool, the temperature of the water is perfect, body temperature. Great bubbling and water pressure facilities. The steam room was fantastic, too: loved the temperature and eucalyptus essential oil. The room was spacious, really well-equipped. Comfortable bed and lovely view. Friendly, smiling staff. Delicious breakfast.

When we checked in, restaurant was closed for the break time. But owner was so considerate he went into the kitchen started cooking...and he was an Excellent singer. Staff were awesome.

About 12 min from Luzern center so less expensive. Well presented area- modern decorations. checkin was easy. Shampoo and bodywash and soap along with toilet paper/towels in the room. Comfortable beds/pillows. Room is good sized for two people, small desk and a nice chair and twin bed x2 in our room. Modern clean lines. large mirror and a storage area as well. There is a hair dryer and iron and a TV. Breakfast is pretty good with various breads/rolls/fuits, yogurt, some cheese, and deli slices. Best of all is the surroundings. SE has the alps visible very easily. There is a convenience store in gas station, a nice playground for kids, as well as COOP and burger king. Busy area in terms of traffic. Surrounded by rolling hills and farms with animals- smell of manure if you don't mind that.

    We have stayed at this hotel on several previous occasions and it has always met our expectations. Secure parking for the car in an underground car park. Comfortable room and bathroom, with excellent buffet breakfast. Attached to the hotel is a very good restaurant. Very helpful staff
