Excellent customer service. Maria and Adam are amazing hosts as well as the other guys! Way beyond my expectation.Always ready to help and advise on any activities. Love the picnic room, the lounge, 24/7 tea and coffee, housekeeping ladies and the lovely lady during breakfast greeting us with a smile and if we needed anything. Amazing location. Literally right above the train station and gondola up the mountain. Rooms are very nice, basic and great quality. Views are amazing. The hotel restaurant was incredible, very reasonably priced! The staff throughout the hotel was very nice as well!

The views were amazing! The kitchen is fully equipped and made cooking easy. There’s also a dishwasher. The bus stop is in front of the stay so that was perfect, especially with all the luggage we had. You could also easily walk to the station. Lukas & Filipa were great hosts. They did not bother us during our stay. All by all great stay and would book again.

We stayed here between Christmas and New Year, and we had a great time. This chalet was fantastic, it had the authentic character that you expect in the Alps but also high-quality fittings and very clean. The surroundings and the view from the chalet is absolutely amazing. The garden is basically half a mountain. There is a path from the chalet to the Lauterbrunnen that takes about 10 minutes with very scenic view. The wood burning stove is fantastic in the winter. The host, Dave, was amazing as well, picking us and dropping off from and to the railway station and giving us information about bus timetable and directions. All in all a great stay, and I highly recommend it.

The apartment is great and well equipped. The location is great with an amazing view. We had a great stay and we do recommend this accommodation! The owner was very kind and reactive by WhatsApp. We even had the possibility to leave our luggages to enjoy a last tour before getting our train.

    Swiss alpine village - just what I was looking for.

    Swiss alpine village - just what I was looking for. We had sunny days and a couple of rainy days, both were breathtaking in their own right. Nice connection too to Murren, Wengen, and Interlaken. At night, when the day tours have left, you can have the village "all for yourself" and that experience was almost divine.

    Beautiful valley with the option of a lot of great hikes in the area. It is also a convenient location if you are driving as you can not drive to Murren or Wengen so Lauterbrunnen is a good base with a variety of activities

    Lauterbrunnen is a good place to base yourself for the Jungfrau region. It has an excellent train service to various places, by train and cable car. The Coop shop had lots of choice for your evening meal, plus there are many restaurants and bars to choose from too. The town was very clean and pretty with flower boxes at many of the windows. The Information Centre is very close to the train station. The trains were amazing - they ran on time to the minute, and were clean and comfortable. The many waterfalls, and in particular the thunderous Trummelbach Falls on the outskirts of the town were outstanding. You can climb up into the Staubbach falls from the town park. The town has an outdoor swimming pool but we were too busy to try it out. An important thing to stress is, if you can buy a travel pass, it will save you money. Its just knowing which one to get that is tricky.

    We thought it was the poor cousin of Grindewald but having now been to both, we would again and again stay in Lauterbrunnen. A much more authentic place filled with sport enthusiast and not just day trippers taking Instagram shots.

    Most of the Lauterbrunnen hotels are around the train station and easy access to interlaken, Grindelwald, wengan. You can take the cable car to go to murren and to other surrounding villages. There is a coop super market to buy food. Environment is very beautiful. Bus service also available to go round the nearby villages.

    Lauterbrunnen is a beautiful small Swiss Village surrounded by the Swiss Alps that is walkable and centrally located with easy access to cable cars, bus, and trains to visit other areas. The waterfalls, crystal blue river, wild flowers, and mountains are absolutely beautiful!

    Location of the hotel is excellent. 10 mins walk from the Lauterbrunnen train station. The rooms are big and we had a huge balcony overlooking the Staubbach waterfall. Both the room and washroom were big. We loved the staff who were extremely helpful and they have a lovely ambience in the restaurant on the ground floor with the waterfall view. The breakfast was one of the best we had in switzerland.

    Lauterbrunnen is in a beautiful area and the hotel is well positioned. Despite the negatives, our room worked well for us as it was relaxing being away from the main hotel. Also the room had a listing of tv channels which made it easy to find all the English language ones - only hotel we stayed in this week with uk channels.

    Amazing location just facing the waterfall. Room is cozy with all necessary inside. Shared bathroom but always available). Free parking. I liked everything with no exception. I definitely recommend this place for solo travelers to see unique part of waterfall valley in Switzerland.

    The town itself is the most amazing place! Up in the Alpes mountains few waterfalls right in town, lots of beautiful Chalets and small hotels. Cable cars run up to other little towns on top the mountain. A must see if visiting Switzerland!!
