Everything was fabulous, clean comfortable, quiet location on the edge of the lake. The hotel called us after we made the booking to advise the restaurant is closed on Mondays so we made alternate arrangements first class customer service

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and attended to every detail with professionalism and warmth. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean, offering all the comforts I could ask for, including a comfortable bed and modern amenities. The hotel’s facilities were top-notch — I especially enjoyed the relaxing spa and the delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. The location was perfect, close to major attractions and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, luxurious, and memorable stay. I will definitely be returning on my next trip!

It was perfect for our family - our kids loved the play corner and its selection of toys and puzzles. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean and the hotel is a 15-min leisurely walk from ether the town centre or the lake.

    This was such a lovely hotel. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was great, location perfect near the train station and next to the lake. Really well thought out little details in the room like fresh fruit, water bottles, ear plugs (because in Switzerland you need them because of the bells!!!), hand cream , make up mirror with a light etc etc. The breakfast was super nice, very nice coffee and the staff was so friendly and the Steak house on the ground floor was exceptionally nice! Safe to say, I will recommend this place for everyone.

    Very clean, modern style apartment. Well-situated, only 5 min walk from the train-station in Lachen! Tidy and cosy room with BIG window (can be darkened with shutters ) to sleep in. There even is a desk in case work needs to be done! Clear communication with the host - questions were answered immediately and key pick up could be organised easily.

    The room was clean. Everything went smoothly. The check-in proxy (although being done on a machine) went fine. I was able to get access to my room in a reasonable amount of time. I commuted thanks to the train. The station is less than 10min by foot from the hotel, which was very convenient.
