This was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. If you're looking to stay in a traditional part of the city and value peace and tranquility, Historisches Hotel Bären is perfect. The decor is tasteful and the views are breathtaking. Since it's a historic property, there's no air conditioning, but we never felt we needed it. The room even included a cozy corner with an electric kettle, coffee, tea, and chocolates - a detail that made us feel especially welcome. The breakfast was outstanding, and the service exceptionally friendly. I truly hope to return in the future! P.S. The next day we visited Oeschinensee, just a 30-minute drive away. The route is so scenic that every minute is worthwhile.

The location is perfect if you want to go to Interlaken, Iseltwald, Sigriswil, Luterbrunnen, Grindelwald and Zermatt. We stayed here for 3 nights and we really enjoyed the breathtaking view of the mountain and beautiful Kiental village. The cable car ride at Kiental is simply amazing!

Everything is perfect. Hotel staffs are very supportive, Hotel room is clean , spacious , lots of towels were provided . Breakfast was awesome. We didn't had adaptor for Switzerland sockets but hotel staffs provided phone chargers. View of lake from hotel is awesome. Imagine seeing sun rise view of lake when you wake up.
