The hotel is beautiful and our room and view were amazing. Lovely complimentary meringues and water, a nice touch. The room was well appointed, a great coffee machine and all the staff were lovely. The food in the restaurant at dinner and breakfast was superb.

We booked a room with a shared bathroom but we were surprised when it was upgraded to a room with a private bathroom. We arrived late and the check-in instructions were so easy! The room feels very cozy and comfortable and the view from the back is amazing! Front desk staff was welcoming and kind :)

We had a comfort room, there was a fridge and electric kettle (no tea or coffee), there were enough outlets. The room was spacious, and modern, with kitchen-like area (there are counters and sink, but no cooking option). Sleeping was just fabulous - medium firm mattress, very soft and large blankets. The view is of course fantastic. Personal was very friendly and helpful. Free tickets for Bergenbahn. There were bowls and 2 mats for the dog. Welcome treatoes were already awaiting in the bowls upon arrival 🥰 Breakfast was very ordinary. I'd really recommend lunch menu (available on weekdays until 2pm), I found it even more delicious than the main menu, and it's also cheaper.

This is probably the most beautiful place in Switzerland we’ve been to. Very nice rooms with amazing views (even the mountain view), excellent breakfast, very kind personnel always helpful, many options for eating, all very good (especially the Titschli), lovely bar lounge with a wonderful pianoman singing in the evenings (thank you G D Angelo for the enchanting after dinner music), fabulous spa and very good kids spa too (enjoyable by parents as well), not to mention the incredible scenery surrounding the place, and really good ski school. Just an amazing place thank you all!

    The mountain setting is phenomenal...it is world-class, no question! Despite this, the area is not very touristy compared to other areas of comparable beauty. It is so different from other more well known areas where the tourists/visitors are such an overwhelming feature. The active farming community on Hasliberg is a huge positive..

    Hasliberg area and Hotels Reuti and Twing had excellent helpful staff. Do not book Hotel Panorama, as they closed with no warning and my daughter was left stranded. Booking.com did not let us know either

    The team and how friendly they were. All the time. Early morning at breakfast and for dinner in the evening they were all still going around with a smile. Next to it is the location near the Bergbahnen that make it an excellent spot to stay certainly with the free entrance you get. Further the room was spacious, clean and with a great view. Bathroom shower in particular was very good. So all in all hardly anything to complain about.

    Very clean and no issue to have bathroom shared. Good size room and interesting decor. Friendly staff at Wetterhorn Hotel for check-in. Nice to have a coffee machine in the room. We ate at the pizzeria and it was good. I probably would return to the hotel again in the future. Like the overall concept.
