This is a very sweet hotel, located right on the lake in Gunten. Had a very comfortable stay: the rooms were spacious, clean, and well suited for a good price. The spa is amazing - the little boathouse has great saunas and direct access to the lake if you fancy a quick dip in both winter and summer time. There’s also a fully functioning spa available and a nice selection of treatments. It’s a perfect place for a winter weekend getaway from the city. They also have a great restaurant for both dinner and breakfast, the food was well priced and really didn’t disappoint with the selection. The staff were very polite and attentive - they made me feel very welcome and answered all questions promptly. It was a lovely first stay and I’ll definitely be back for more and recommend to family and friends

Dominic and his colleagues, they are so professional. They take care of all the fine and every little deatils ( room decorations, stunning view, fabilous facilities , service room breakfast, and etc ...). They really tried hard to make the guest happy. I would give them 1000 out of 10. To all guests, just book with them, and you won't regret it at all. By the way, they gave me once I checked out, a nice gift to remember them forever.

The location is amazing. The fact that we had the panorama pass for free bus rides was perfect for the location. Being able to start the day with hot breakfast and a glass of Prosecco was wonderful. The staff were all very kind and helpful. Overall, we had a great stay at a great hotel.

Everything!!! Just come and enjoy! P.S for the first day,youd better call the hotel to know where is the entrance of the elevator in the old town. otherwise you need to climb a small mountain with all your heavy luggage as me T.T

Dani and Linda were more than just hosts – they were incredibly kind, attentive, and made sure every single detail was taken care of. Fantastic stay at Eden Spiez - we decided to splash out for our stay and thoroughly enjoyed it! The staff were incredible friendly and helpful. Though on the front side of the hotel, the room still had a lovely view of the lake; we were provided with welcome drinks, and complimentary fresh bottled water (still + sparkling) every day plus chocolates; there were apples available for guests as well, plus as a cake buffet in the afternoon. Car parking was in a secure multistorey car park, and the hotel was situated a few minutes walk from the restaurants/shops of Spiez, and lake. We did not use the spa much, but enjoyed a full body massage on the day of arrival, and will certainly look forward to using the facilities more when we return in future.

    Lovely lake side location.

    Lovely lake side location. Very quiet and peaceful but 8 year old granddaughter felt very comfortable with lots to do. Staff very helpful with our travel party of 2 seniors, 2 adults , 8 year old and 6 month old. Local bus service outside the door to Thun and Interlaken made it easy to get around…also complimentary bus tickets available from the hotel. Very small rocky beach but still managed to get some lake swimming in. Grandaughter loved looking for sea glass. Restaurant good with lots of choices. Loved sitting outside with the lake and mountains all around.

    We had our honeymoon in this old ans cozy villa. The staff were so friendly and helpfull. The location and view of lake we had from our room was spectacular and wonderful. The room was spacious. Access to bus and Gunten city bar and restaurant were so good. The area was quiet and beautiful. We were invited for two glass of champagne in a bar by hotel managemenet because of our honeymoon stay in this hotel. And we enjoyed it near the lake Thun. It was so nice of them. :)

    Friendly manager, Perfect view, excellent breakfast, and a welcoming spot for pet lovers, including cats and goats. There's parking available behind the building. The house is old but charming—definitely not for luxury hotel seekers, but perfect for nature lovers and those who appreciate a more laid-back, tolerant atmosphere. Highly recommended! very close to Panoramabrücke Sigriswil.

    The location was beautiful. We went for our honeymoon, took the train from Zurich HB, and then a bus that stops right in front of the hotel. View was amazing, breathtaking view of Lake Thun.
