Warm host, very good location right next to the Bus stop, so easy to commute anywhere. Rooms were spacious, modern, with a direct view of the Thun Lake making the mornings and evenings super beautiful.

I have only good things to say about this place! The apartment was really beautiful and the location was absolutely perfect. The apartment is located right in front of the lake and you definitely feel the Swiss vibe here. The apartment had all the amenities and we could not have asked for more. There is also free parking at the property. The host provided us with clear instructions and a detailed video on how to get inside the apartment. It was really great. I also loved how thoughtful the host was. There were lot of small details that we loved. The bed linen and duvet had a very nice fabric smell, which enriched our sleep. There is even a small dishwasher. The apartment had small basic needs such as oil, salt, pepper, aluminium foil. We were able to cook food and enjoy the meal at the huge dining table. We didn't get the time to use Raclett but hopefully next time we will enjoy it for sure.

Excellent location, 2 min walk from the lake, stunning mountain views. Well furnished apartment with all modern amenities including free parking. Vlog supermarket and few restaurants at stone's throw distance... Very supportive and friendly hosts. I would definitely come back here and would recommend this place to all my friends. Dominic and his colleagues, they are so professional. They take care of all the fine and every little deatils ( room decorations, stunning view, fabilous facilities , service room breakfast, and etc ...). They really tried hard to make the guest happy. I would give them 1000 out of 10. To all guests, just book with them, and you won't regret it at all. By the way, they gave me once I checked out, a nice gift to remember them forever.

    We liked the friendliness of the hosts, the bathroom, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and rural atmosphere. We ate at several of the nearby restaurants with lakeside dining. We did not have a car but it was easy to get to the location by bus #60 from the Spiez train station. All in all it was a great place to stay and would recommend it to other travelers.

    Very pretty place but not much to do apart from a few...

    Very pretty place but not much to do apart from a few restaurants and a Church. Good if you want somewhere slightly out of nearby Spiez, which is easily accessible or as an effective overnight stop when hiking. Probably not so much to recommend it as a destination per se.

    I was hesitant to book on this hotel because of the unfair ratings on booking! But thank God that we did go there because this hotel is a gem and the reviews are really unfair! Everything was perfect and the view was breathtaking! The price compared to other hotel is more than fair, location was perfect and breakfast was good.

    Beds and pillows were super comfy! We took the train to Spiez and were going to take the bus to Faulensee but glad we decided to walk as the walk along the lake was stunning and didn’t take long.
