Very nice place. Clean. Comfortable. Large rooms and well equipped kitchen. Just like we were looking for! Very plaisant host. We did not met unfortunately but all good via messaging. Instructions are clear and easy to follow. Lots of locale information provided in house book. Like we were in the local tourism office :-). Very useful tips and infos.

I love absolutely everything. We arrived after check-in hours and the staff made it so easy for us, so that when we arrived, we would have no problem at all. It is a nice country house, decorated with elegance with a large stylish room, where beds are so comfy and silence is your friend all day and night. It is thought for quality sleep and absolute rest, which is what I expect in all hotels but unfortunately, it is not always like that. Breakfast is so complete and varied; besides, it has quality food, which tastes so well when you have the Alps in front of you.

We did fair amount of hiking in the mountains and it was fantastic to come back to Beatus, relax at the spa and have great meal and rest. View at the mountains and the lake was superb, we liked salt water and inside pool, swimming in the lake, food: breakfast, dinner any snacks, relaxing atmosphere. Pier for the lake boat was right by the hotel. Staff was always helpful and fantastic. Great service.

The staff always made me feel welcome and appreciated, very personable and lots of attention to detail. Special thanks to Alex ant the front desk and Roman at the Spa for their kindness. The spa is wonderful and included with great sauna and steam and a very good size panoramic pool. The feel of the hotel is elegant and classic. Wonderful piano music with dinner. Incredible breakfast with wonderful staff.

The rooms were really clean. The breakfast was amazing. The view from the balcony of my room was Spectacular. The nearest train stations are Interlaken OST and Interlaken West and there is good bus connection to the hotel until 19:10
