I had such a lovely stay here – it truly felt like being welcomed into a family. The atmosphere was warm and comfortable, and the hosts went above and beyond to make me feel cared for throughout my visit. As a woman traveling alone, feeling safe is really important, and I couldn’t have felt more secure and at ease during my time here. The hospitality was genuine and heartfelt, and every little detail made it clear that my comfort mattered to them. Also, their dog was absolutely adorable – such a sweet companion! Nico. The house is fabulous - stunning inside and out. The rooms are a great size with plenty of space to spread out, sort your luggage after a week of travelling and just generally relax. Steve has all the little things that make a stay special in hand. And then there’s Nico. The most placid, welcoming, charming puppy I’ve met in some time. And I’m more of a cat person. We had a great time. If we come back to Newfoundland we’ll go out of our way to stay here again.
