The village was absolutely beautiful.The weather was great.However, the hotel staff upon arrival were unfriendly.They did not provide information as to opening hours of the pool gym.And when you ask them questions, it seemed that you were bothering them.Same with the lifeguard at the pool, I walked in with my coffee one morning, and he really yelled at me actually told me that because it's glass, I need to get out right now. He actually got in my face in a threatening manner, I was never scolded before by a lifeguard.In addition, the pool was full of bugs.I had my daughter get out of the pool because they were not cleaning it sufficiently with a net to remove the bugs. I reserved the two bedroom suite, extremely high priced.I would have expected a little more service and care.The bathrooms were clean.The beds were comfortable and the view was nice.But that's the extent of my positive experience at that hotel.The rest unfortunately was subpar for r what I was expecting. The gondola trip up to the top of the mountain was breathtaking and view from the top was just amazing. The hiking trails are great and well planned out. The restaurant on the top of the hill was very welcoming and had a great choice of hot food and drinks.Guest review byIvanCanada - 8.0

Village was very busy and hard to find parking.Be prepared to a lot of walking up hill not easy for people with accessibility issues. I did not like the roundabouts! The hotel is old, but clean and quaint.
The hotel is old, but clean and quaint. The rooms are modern. I had one of the smallest, most reasonable rooms and it was perfect for a good night's rest on our bike ride along the P'Tit Tain du Nord rail trail. The restaurant in the Hotel is open 9AM - 9:30PM but we were back on the trail too early to get breakfast there.Guest review byWarrenCanada - 10.0
Great summer vacation place honestly.
Great summer vacation place honestly. You dont get the winter crowd and there is so much to do. It will definitely be more slow paces but theres stuff for families and couples like mini golf, luge, gondola up the mountains, laser tag (surprisingly so much fun), helicopter ride (surprisingly not expensive), a lake cruise, ziplining in the mountains (MUST DO!), white water rafting and many many more!Guest review byNadiahSingapore

The view of the mountain was gorgeous, and there was breakfast food available 24/7 for your use whenever you wanted (toast, coffee, hot chocolate, yogurt) as well as basic kitchen facilities! The hot tub was amazing and very clean! The rooms were comfortable and clean. The shuttle only runs on weekends but there is a city bus that is a 1 min walk from the hotel and is free and takes you right to the mountain. Highly recommendGuest review bySarahCanada

Even though there are lots of resturants outside the hotel, the room is still very quiet.
