Really clean and nice room. Everything you need and a really friendly front desk.

Exceptional customer service. Staff were friendly and eager to listen and attend to any need we presented. Edward and Vinay keep it up! Wanted to extend our stay and hotel was fully booked. Edward kept monitoring the system between 11:00 pm and 6:00 am in the morning. He managed to secure a room and saved us the bother to move to another hotel. At 7 am in the morning, he called us to confirm he had a room for us! Edward, you gave us a reason to always come back and recommend Fairfield to our friends with no hesitation at all!

Location to city sights,easy walking& access to great restaurants/cafes for meals.Loved the personal touch of tea ready in our room at night after we had dinner,thanks.

Requested for early check in as travelling with seniors and they accepted whole heartedly right away. Size of the room is spacious. View from the room was beautiful.

The location is good for a walk to the toruist spots. Parking is available for a reasonable rate.

I would like to have my receipt. The hotel informed that my reservation was done through a third party so the receipt was not issued by them. Booking. com should also know that and not wait until requested.

The glorious architecture, welcoming vast entrance rooms, facilities & that view!

We were made to feel very welcome on our arrival. The apartment exceeded our expectations and was comfortably furnished & furbished with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable esp after a long flight! Breakfast each morning was good especially being able to make waffles! The hotel is conveniently located next to Lone Star and it's a short walk to the St Laurent shopping centre and train station - which means access to trains to the city as well as connecting with the VIA rail network.
