Lovely family run hotel, a home away from home. Alexandra and her grandson David were warm, friendly hosts. We were able to converse with David in Engliish for the most part and my limited Spanish (he speaks fluent Spanish). Delicious home cooked meals,

The high rating I gave due to the low price. It is a good, solid 2-star-hotel. The staff is polite and the clientele in the restaurant is local. I had a very good stay at Fenix and will come back if God sends me to Blagoevgrad again.

Everything was great. Everybody was smiling and was helpful. I really recommend this place. You can have a really good time. Omv is 1 minute away by foot. Mall and city center is very close (5 minutes by car).
