The staff were exceptionally nice. We really enjoyed the spa. 4 sauna, 1 steam, 1 ice room, indoor heated jacuzzi and pool, and same outdoor. The piano bar was also very good experience. The singers Doni and Eli were very professional and good singers and made great party.

Marina and her husband were the best. They were so helpful and friendly with all of our requests and then some. This was my wife's birthday and they made sure to have flowers in the room, a bottle of wine, and helpful suggestions of where to go and what to do. I chose to give my wife and myself a full body massage which we both agreed was very heavenly. The room was very large and had a great view of the mountains nearby. The beds were really nice and we were very comfortable. Now to the breakfasts. Prepare to be amazed at the size and the choices on the menu. All of our choices were amazing in taste and we could not finish our meals. Great value for the best breakfasts we've ever had. Included was coffee, juice, and a Bulgarian yoghurt drink. You could get a normal eggs and bacon breakfast to more traditional Bulgarian breakfasts... all were amazing.

    I’ve been coming to Bansko for 10 years so know the area , for me it was good as we were in tge old town , some of the restaurants are much cheaper and simple , just what I like , for the younger ones I suggest tipsy 360 in the new town , In the old town cat balou, the eagles nest , or good value for money

    Bansko is great year around.

    Bansko is great year around. Even if one is not a skier it is properly better to visit during the rest of the year. Plenty to do during all of seasons. It is great for single travelers, couples, families and groups. There are a lot of good restaurants, bars, stores, galleries, museums. It is very safe any time of day. It is easy to get around by foot, and except for a few peak weeks during the ski season, it does not feel crowded.

    I love the Pirin Mountain / Bankso area - travel is a bit...

    I love the Pirin Mountain / Bankso area - travel is a bit hard to get there from where we came from, but once there we enjoyed the outdoors - I picked the wrong hotel this time, but last year we had a great stay and will return to the previous location to be sure.

    We traveled during the summer.

    We traveled during the summer. So, take this into consideration only for summer trips. The whole Bansko town looks focused on one thing: winter sports. During the summer, it's deserted. We only saw a few football teams for their summer camps and a few stragglers. In July, most of the restaurants are closed. Same with most shops. There was a bit of animation in the old city, with a few more shops and restaurants open. The gondola felt quite expensive: around 100 eur for a family of 2 adults and 3 children. The funny part: it was going empty all day, with no passengers.

    Bansko is always good for a ski trip if you skip the morning...

    Bansko is always good for a ski trip if you skip the morning line. We went each day from 12 to the end of the day and it was perfect. Prices are much bigger than last year, in restaurants and pubs and bars.

    Great hotel in a great location with spa facilities. The hotel staff have exceptional standards in engaging with the guests and providing top-class customer service from check-in to checkout. It is 5 mins walk to Gondola and Main Street with all the restaurants. Hotel provides shuttles to/from Gondola and their Thermal waters in Banya (15 mins away). Room cleaning was very well done every day. The room had kitchen facilities, balcony and stunning view of the mountains.

    Spa facilities were excellent, great condition and often had the area to ourselves. Restaurant was not offering buffet breakfast as our visit was pre- season but the meals we had at the hotel were fine. Apartment was clean and well equipped. Room was warm and clean modern bathroom facilities. Reception staff were always very helpful and snowboard hire service was good. Awesome location for driving up to the skilifts each day and an easy walk in town centre.

    I like that the property had all facilities that you need. At the reception they speak very good english, the food was very good, we could buy ski pass from the hotel, we had shuttle to the gondola and back to hotel, spa, swimming pool, design room where you can let your equipment after you finish skiing, parking lot.     The hotel is situated right next to the main town promenade which makes a perfect choice if you are not skiing, although there is a shuttle bus from the hotel to gondola. Spa center is great, offering all the facilities. Big pool, steam bath, sauna. The breakfast and dinner were fair and buffet was plentiful enough for all tastes.
