A beautiful luxurious hotel with everything you could want. The rooms are huge and well-appointed, the beds are comfortable, with a thick, soft mattress topper. The gym is large and has good facilities. Fancy and delicious buffet breakfast with a chef cooking fresh omelettes or crepes, and a freshly squeezed orange juice machine.

Best place to stay in Ghent! Highly recommended! Lovely rooms and facilities, staffs are all super friendly and warm. Central location, great base to explore Gent from (especially during Gentse Feesten). The family room is a bit dark, but spacious and comfortable. Quiet enough to not be bothered by any street noise. The heated swimming pool was a nice bonus.

The location is perfect and near everything by walking distance. When you enter the hotel, there are some refreshments at the entrance which is a nice welcome. We loved all the toiletries and amenities. What stood out the most was the help from Clarissa. We would love to come back and see her again!

Glenn was wonderful and took me to a gorgeous room overlooking the garden, beautiful Belgium linen and 2 chocs by the bedside table.. Delicious coffee in the morning and I met the amazing Alix who designed the place, def had that womens touch. It was like a 10 star hotel and yet so tranquil to stay.
