We arrived at 1am after our flight was diverted to Brussels airport. The staff were excellent and checked us in really quickly. Thoroughly recommend the breakfast! Easy to get into to the city on the local bus as well which is a 5 min walk from the hotel, and then 20 min journey.

    Our stay was disappointing due to poor cleanliness, inadequate amenities, and understaffing, with malfunctioning air conditioning and privacy breaches. Its inconvenient location led to frequent transportation issues, and unhelpful staff showed little concern despite complaints. Overall, the experience was far from comfortable or restful, and we do not recommend this hotel.

    It is what it is - out in the middle of nearly nowhere.

    It is what it is - out in the middle of nearly nowhere. Just a base to get your head down, 30 minute taxi into Brussels city centre. Wasn't overly impressed with Brussles to be honest. Long ques at immigration being that we left the EU. The flight was an hour and it took 1 hr 15 minutes to clear customs.

    There was a very unpleasant odour in the room, and I couldn’t find the source. We kept the window open the entire time. If we hadn’t been so tired from the 10-hour drive, I would definitely have complained and asked for another room.

    Diegem is a suburb of Brussels located near the airport. It happens to be where the hotel is located; otherwise it is not a tourist destination. I remained at the hotel for the duration of my stay (1 night) and did not spend any time elsewhere in Diegem.

    I travel here for work on a regular basis.

    I travel here for work on a regular basis. There is not a lot here. Its just a dormitory zone for airport hotels. There is a small town, its very local, but there are restaurants including a good Italian and of course a Friterie !

    This is a very nice, value for money hotel close to the airport. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms are relatively spacious, very clean and with comfortable bed and pillows. The bathrooms are modern. A sumptious breakfast is served with something for everybody. I will definitely stay here again on my future visits to Brussels as the hotel is in close proximity of the train station and the airport.

    Though I only had a brief (one-night) stay ahead of my morning flight from Brussels Airport, the hotel left a very good impression. Perfect location close to the airport. Very convenient, reliable and punctual (free) shuttle service to the airport terminal. Very comfortable and large room, with modern facilities.
