a long way from the highway over very poor local roads. Facilities in Wingham are below average. This Motel facility is top class but let down by a very poor locality. It needs a decent service road at the very least.

Went to Ellenborough falls and Potoroo falls which are well worth seeing, then over to Crowdy Heads which is also well worth the drive. The Golf club had a great restaurant . the main pub and the RSL also had very good cheap meals.

Wingham is a small country town that is the real Australia.

Wingham is a small country town that is the real Australia. Its main street has a wonderful, old-fashioned vibe to it. The people are friendly and the pace is slower. The massive strangler figs at the nature reserve are very impressive and just sitting and doing a lot of nothing at the Manning River Wharf can be very relaxing.

    This place is beautiful.

This place is beautiful. The hosts are amazing, the rooms and the bathroom are spacious and comfortable. The decor suits the location, and the breakfast is just so good. You really do not want to leave once you are there.

Wingham is a small country town, but near to Taree for anything unavailable, Service club and local pub have good meals. Close to Ellenborough falls and scenic rain forest drives. Wingham Brush has huge trees, and colonies of endangered bats. A real history lesson!

Very pretty town, made me wish we'd stopped before we moved all the way to QLD from NSW Had dinner at the RSL with friends, staff were friendly and accommodating. Picked up some food from the Graden Grub Cafe for our trip home, Enjoyed the food, and picked up some local honey from their pantry stocks. The town was clean and tidy, looked like a beautiful place to live, although for me, as usual with local roads in NSW, they do seem to need some serious attention, someone needs to pick up their game!!

The location is beautiful, very peaceful, and maintained immaculately. The hosts were very friendly. We were driving to the north along the Pacific Hwy and decided to stay a couple of two nights and it was a worthwhile stay. There are plenty of things to do around here. The Wingham Museum is the best regional museum I've ever visited. The Wingham Bush Nature Reserve is good for a stroll and you can get picturesque views of the Manning River as you drive around the area. Taree City is just an 0.5-hour drive away.

The staff were excellent. It was peaceful and relaxing with lovely views over the golf course. The balcony was up off the little lake area so we could see all the fish and feeding them was great fun for our little grandson We stay here at least twice a year as we have family in the area. Wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting Wingham/ Taree area.

Gorgeous cottage, we loved it. It was like staying in a very comfortable home…much better than staying at a hotel. Beautiful gardens and outlook. I would’ve liked to stay longer and will definitely go back.
