We had a great weekend at Rosebeach. It was light and comfortable with interesting decor. Our little grand daughter loved the play equipment in the backyard and called our accom the Park House. The kitchen and bathroom were nicely renovated. We had everything we needed and everything worked! We would definitely choose Rosebeach again and recommend it to others.

    While staying at Rosebud it's within reasonable distance to many interesting places. Nothing is more than an 30 minute drive. Sorrento is really nice with good shopping and eating options and of course the beach. Red Hill is good with it's choices of wineries to experience. We really enjoyed The Green Olive winery, beautiful grounds and family friendly. We ate at the Rosebud Hotel, always good value and plenty to chose from. Another night we went to Nora's restaurant in Rye. Only a short drive and the pasta was amazing.

    Spa has been removed but signage still left on back door, disappointing. *Positives are nice new modern bathrooms,lots of utensils,/crockery etc,comfortable beds. Negatives- Too pricey for what we got,it was in the middle of Suburbia which a car was needed to go to shops. No welcome pack or milk for a cuppa on arrival. All Toilet roll holders not added. No insulation very noisy upstairs for bottom bedroom sleepers. Outdoor setting old tarnished & torn seats. Buffet cabinet no drawer handles,found in top dry but won’t stay in holes. Wouldn’t stay there again.

    Absolutely nothing against the Motel admin staff but...

    Absolutely nothing against the Motel admin staff but security is a big thing in accomodation nowadays. We experienced no one available on site OR contactable by phone in any way or form. The whole scenario was frightening.

    It was a wonderful location.

    It was a wonderful location. The apartment was very clean and tidy and everything that was outlined in the promotional. The balcony was large and had beach front views. The car parking was under the building with easy access to the apartment and all facilities. I would highly recommend this apartment.

    One of the few "on the bay" towns that hasn't gone overboard...

    One of the few "on the bay" towns that hasn't gone overboard with high risers, cheap apartment style accommodation and a Big Mac/Hungry Jack or KFC on every corner. Beautiful restaurants, clean uncrowded beaches, beautiful water to wade/swim in and still close enough to all of the stunning attractions the Mornington Peninsula has to offer. A good one to add for the quick getaway or after the crowds have gone back to school.

    We made the right choice for 3 adults and enjoyed our stay...

    We made the right choice for 3 adults and enjoyed our stay at Fairways resort….it was pleasantly to our expectations re: photos shown, spacious and clean…we had fresh clean towels etc daily…and facilities met all our basic needs. Thank you We had a great lunch of curry and seafood marinara at rosebud country club restaurant which was just a short walk away :)

    The whole property is beautiful, well placed units in a well manicured garden. Our Silver Birch unit was so cozy, and nicely decorated, the bed was very comfy. The hosts Deb and Ivan were very engaging and made us feel very welcome and comfortable. They kept us entertained with lovely family stories while we were enjoying the delicious breakfast. Highly recommended property nestled in a quiet part of Rosebud.

    Great stay. The apartment feels like a 5 star hotel room. Comfy bed. Great to have all the streaming service channels all logged in and ready to go. We had a movie night :) Breakfast provisions were great (had to look up how the egg poacher worked but you tube always comes To the rescue). Felt safe and secure. Everything was very clean and modern.

    Impeccably clean, very well maintained, spacious room & Neal makes everyone feel welcome. It's within walking distance to both Macrae shops & Rosebud but far enough away to avoid all the noise from Rosebud.
