The room was warm, everything was clean and organised! It even smells really clean! The bathroom came with shampoo, conditioner and soap too which was really helpful! Good value for money!

The staff were so busy but so lovely and you wouldn't have know they were under pressure, I was extremely pleasantly surprised how kind the staff were, so I cancelled my return hotel that was way cheaper and booked my return stay with Vibe. The bed was soooo comfy as well.

The staff is really nice. The Hotel is equipped really good - there is a fitness room, a snack bar, outdoor spaces. Overall the hotel is a historic building nicely renovated.

We love everything! Except a little biscuits in the room will be wonderful for a small snack in the middle of the night with coffee or tea will top it all. We dont eat chips n nuts which was available from the minibar. We met the most wonderful staff esp Norman at the reception who was exceptional and the friendliest who made our stay so welcome!

This is my fifth stay at the East and I love the Hotel. The rooms are thoughtfully designed and very comfortable. I had room service and the food was wonderful. The beds are very comfortable and the room was quiet. Very much looking forward to our next stay.

    I liked how the room came heated!

    I liked how the room came heated! Nice and toasty after a long day in Canberra. The room is private and comes with shampoo, conditioner and soap. The TV is a good size and the room even has plates and mugs that come with the coffee machine! The bed is also super comfy, I didn’t want to wake up hahaha. The host also made sure if I needed anything and checked if everything was up to speed.
