    Friendly community, time permitting we would have explored more of Cobden's & surrounding areas facilities & attractions. Cafe has great Coffee, fresh baked date scones & interesting knick-nacks 2 purchase. Our G/son was eager 2 go 2 Squash courts (visible from balcony). After dark, Flouro lit social squash could be a draw card 4 younger & young @ heart families.

    Heytesbury House is a great place to stay but Cobden itself...

    Heytesbury House is a great place to stay but Cobden itself is really lacking facilities and the pub was closed so we ate at the Golf Club which was really poor. Would recommend going up the road and exploring Camperdown which is a stunning town with more food options.

    Beautiful decor, the room was immaculate and we enjoyed lovely hospitality from Kathryn and Andrew. Cobden is within 1hr driving distance of the Great Ocean Rd, Warrnambool and the Otway Ranges, making it a lovely quiet spot to rest. Will definitely be back to try a different room and enjoy the hospitality again!

    A great spot with an amazing view, easy to get into Cobden, Camperdown, Timboon. Fully equipped, you want for nothing including fun stuff to do on site in the games room. Lovely to have tea, coffee, fresh bread, butter, eggs, cereals and spreads on hand. You could comfortably stay for a long or short time.

    Location was perfect for my needs as I was visiting a friend in Cobden. 2 mins away. Quiet and comfortable with nice little extra touches. Portable cot setup on my arrival. I would definitely recommend this property. Value for money. Correspondence was exceptional. Would definitely stay again.
