Dead city feeling with odd people and unfriendly personnel at Spar express and Billa and gas stations that no one speaks other than German. If it wasn't for business I would not have ever travelled there. Even at the main train station when you buy coffee people are oddly unfriendly and getting 50c change for the bathroom is a chore both in language and culture aspects. Our receptionist (Lena) was amazingly helpful and friendly, a role model for all hotel employees. The room is clean and sufficiently spacious. It is a particular pleasure that there are two armchairs in a double room!!! (That's how it should be everywhere!) The blinds are very good at reducing both disturbing sunlight and outside noise.
