We love our stay there. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. Location is perfectly located, 30 mins drive from the glaciar, 20 mins drive for Serfaus or Italy. If you travel with public transport, the bus stop is just in front of the hotel, which also provided you with a free bus card. There are many hiking and biking paths starting in Prutz, some rental bikes are available as well. The valley is simply beautiful. The hotel is very comfortable, going into the pool after hiking or biking is amazing. The place is very clean. Dinner was delicious, we stayed for 8 nights and everyday were different options for the dinner, dinner was also carefully presented. The bar also offers many options and our barman was very friendly as well.

Everything here was thoughtful, every detail put with a purpose - colors, scents, designs. The whole place is amazing, the service great. It raised the bar for hotels to the new heights. While being here, you absolutely must visit the wellness area, the restaurant and the bar.

Fabulous. Great & quiet location at the upper border of the Fiss town, close to the center (but uphill back :-), close to the main lift, great views, beautiful garden next to the hotel, great wellness, all the necessary facilities for your bikes (parking & washing). We also loved the wellness and the breakfast.

Everything! Quiet, comfortable beds, helpful and happy staff. Breakfast was amazing. The village of Ladis is perfect location. The cable cars take you all across the mountains of the 3 villages, so much to do up there for families and individuals.

Wonderfully situated with magnificent view of the mountains, Very friendly and service-oriented staff. The owner took time to elaborately explain us of sights, tours, and other experiences avaliable for us. We were just the two of us but the hotel is obviously well suited for couples with children. Specific childrens´ menu every night. This was our second visit at the hotel: "Hier kommt man gerne wieder" By the way: free parking without the need for reservation beforehand.

In front of the hotel is a swimming lake surrounded by a garden with plenty of sun loungers and parasols, where you can relax after a hike in the mountains.     The apart hotel feels almost like new, very nice details inside out, nice design, clean, huge apartment, comfortable with everything you need. Very modern design, huge windows, very cool accommodation. A good new smart tv that sometimes you don't find even in top hotels:) St.Moritz is very close for a day trip, and in every direction you find special places, the property admin is very nice and helpful, you just need time for activities and places to visit:D

    The hotel is perfect for a luxurious ski vacation at a reasonable price. From Prutz you drive 15 minutes to ski resort Fiss-Ladis. Staying there directly is more expensive. In return you get the charme and friendliness of a family-run hotel that has invested a lot to keep up with the design and comfort of five star ressorts. It is also great for families which does not mean that it is noisy. On the contrary.

    Everything. The girl who greeted me warmly and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful and special, the single room was big enough. The bikes were put in a ski room and it was very convenient to charge them there. The breakfast was amazing both in abundance and taste. Simply an excellent hotel at a fair price of 80 euros per night.

    was able to check in late and check out early. Spoke English and the hotel was quiet and close to Serfaus. Plenty of parking,not fancy but clean and comfortable rooms and good wifi. Staff always easy to get in touch with
