    We are a family of 5 (3 kids under 12).

    We are a family of 5 (3 kids under 12). This was our first time and we will make some adjustments (for our families' needs) but Oberndorf was a great start and we would recommend. Great central location. It is located in the valley so you have to go 'up' to many sights but many are available starting from the valley. The Greisbuchklamm walk was great. The dinasour park was great and the hike to the hilltop view was exceptional. Kaiserwelt was a little underwhelming but still kept everyone busy for most of the day. Schnekler (sp?) hike started a bit slow but got really nice at the end. You can stay higher on the mountain and you will pay for it. But for a family, we were satisfied not having to search for (or drive a long way to) grocery stores and bakeries.

    Beautiful setting with nice views of the Alps. Great location to explore the region. We stayed for three nights with our two year old daughter, and there were so many fun things to do both in the close surroundings (Ellmi’s world was our favourite) and at the hotel (great play room, outdoor play area and pool). We also enjoyed the very nice spa area, and the wonderful breakfast. And staff was very nice and helpful!

    A beautiful hotel under the forest run by a friendly family. Great room with balcony and view of mountains and valley. Excellent breakfasts and warm welcome to guests. Beautiful surroundings, large pool with warm water, parking and various opportunities for tourists. All close to Kutzbuhel well-known ski resort! Staff smiling and helpful, speaking good English. Great place and we would love to return here !!!

    We, a family of 5, enjoyed staying at the related apartment to the main hotel (this was not totally clear from the ad but was not a problem at all!). The hotel is fantastic and kept our kids busy for hours each day. The location was great and we ran out of time to do all that we wanted (it was our first time to Austria). Will stay again!

    One of best hotels with nice and clean rooms, excellent food, nice personell. SPA is amazing, especially numerous saunas and opened swimming pool. Definitely recommend.
