This is a small, quiet farming community. There are many restaurants and grocery stores located in the area. We did cook in the well appointed kitchen and it was effortless. (Summer review). Good "Headquarters" to explore the Hohe Tauern National Park. The Wildkogel Arena is just the nearest attraction, but many other are at hands: Krimms, Habachtal, Grossglocknerstrasse, etc. The sorroundings are particularly suited for mountain bikers and hikers. More in general, the bike (E-bike or not) is the best way to move along the valley. Close to neukirchen you can also find many locations to swim and bath.Guest review byAlessio VincenzoItaly - 10.0

Gasthof Siggen is a great place to stay at. It is a perfect place to start hiking , also very close to Wildkogel Arena ( about 7 minutes by car). Breakfast was great and they have restaurant open from 11 am . People are very nice and you have the feeling of being home.
