Lovely location in the middle of the vineyards. Spacious and comfortable studio with a great bed as well as pleasant bed linen. The communication with Eszter was absolutely great, really kind and pro-client approach. There is a pool in the garden to cool down after a day of Wachau exploration. Last but not least - the breakfast concept - “spoiling pure” - one can hardly imagine a better start of a vacation day.

We were greeted by friendly reception staff. The check in/out process was very fast and effortless. The room was spacious with comfortable bed and good wifi signal. The breakfast was tasty with fresh fruits and vegetables, crusty bread and delicious homemade cakes. Hotel is perfectly located within walking distance of the historical city centre. Very modern building. The triple room was on the second floor, nice and spacious, well equipped. Air conditioning worked well, we needed it. Bicycles can be stored in a spacious storage room. There is also a charging facility, but there are few 230V outlets. We arrived with three bicycles, I always take a power adapter with me. The storage room is closed at 8 pm and opens at 6 am. The city center is far away, but there is a huge shopping center 15 minutes away. There is a good bakery and a pub with a garden 200 meters away.

    Very nice town with everything for a pleasant stay.

    Very nice town with everything for a pleasant stay. The river, the old town, the hill with the vineyards, the boats through the Wahau valley. The bike routs. All these are worth trying. There are enough and different restaurants for every taste. We were there to try local food and wine and we were not disappointed. We cycled to Spitz with our 8 year old son, had lunch and took a boat back - really exciting for the boy.

    Nice old city, lots of restaurants, bars and wine bars. Good location for shopping. Bakeries opened each day, no problem to find breakfast early in the morning. Small city, easy to go by foot everywhere. I reccomend boat trip Krems-Spitz-Krems, wonderful. Tasting wine in Spitz exceeded our expectations. Very nice green Donau´s nature, vineyards everywhere. Super!

    Krems is a fantastic city.

    Krems is a fantastic city. Lots of sights, leisure and entertainment options. There is a very high-quality bicycle path along the Danube, it is easy to get to the equally beautiful neighboring Dürnstein or the other towns by bicycle. The baroque atmosphere of Krems is very captivating. It is a perfect destination for a shorter or longer stay as well.

    Lovely old town with a great position on the Danube.

    Lovely old town with a great position on the Danube. We spent 3 hours sitting on the comfortable chairs right on the river. Took our lunch there to eat on the river followed by a gelato. Great old traditional restaurant - Adlerbräu which has been in business since 1621. Terrific town square too. The night we were there they had a comedian on a floating boat (moored!) so there was lots of activity.

    Kunsmeile is worth a visit.

    Kunsmeile is worth a visit. Make sure that you have enough time for the four museums. The buildings are wonderful and exhibitions very good. The view from the rooftop terrace at Landesgalerie is breathtaking. I wish that I would have time for the Wachau Valley.

    We stayed next to one of the ancient city gates of the Altstadt. The old town is marvellous and the surrounding countryside is lovely. We walked the first leg of the World Heritage path into the Wachau on a beautiful day. and it was a trip that we will always remember fondly. Krems is most certainly worth a visit. I had stayed in the outskirts of the city some years ago when cycling the Danube bicycle path. I didn't realise at the time that the Altstadt was worth visiting but made up for it this time.

    The wellness and spa facilities are amazing, there's a lot of space for relaxing and we really enjoyed the view of the vineyards. The indoor pool had a perfect temperature, the saunas were spacious and there also were small snacks and coffee/tea machine available. We were also really satisfied with the breakfast, there were a lot of variations and it was tasty.

    The breakfast was fine. The location where the hotel stands is approx 15 minutes from the downton by foot which is very good. The Hotel has a garage which is fine (payable separately). The staff were helpful and friendly.
