We had a wonderful two-night stay here. The location is perfect, right in the centre and next to the bus stop. The staff were incredible, from reception to housekeeping, everyone was unbelievably friendly and welcoming. The highlight was definitely the pool, which had three different jet features, plus two great saunas. We had dinner at the hotel one night, and it was delicious. There was a great mix of Austrian and international dishes, at good value. Our room had a stunning mountain view (which isn’t hard given Galtür’s location). The boot room also had room for both skis AND snowboards (a rare find). Would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing place to travel with kid(s). In hotel everything is done to satisfy young guests. During the meal times there is always a separate buffet available for children with pizzas, pastas, burgers, etc. Children plates and glasses are also there. Plus you can borrow bottlewarmer, buggy, sledges and many many more kids appliances to make your stay comfortable. Playrooms deserve a separate paragraph. In one big room there are toys, Legos, crabbing tower, stuff like this. Another room is designated for some “basteln”, but that is mostly for older kids. And the third room has airhockey (free of charge!), carting, flipper, etc. - this room can be interesting even for parents. In addition owners demonstrate kid’s movies, invited magician and organize other entertainment after dinner. There is also a ski school, and interactive table, wehere our son spent half of our vacation, and splash pool, where we spent another half. Great hotel, looking forward to come back again.

The apartment was modernly to luxuriously equipped. The rooms were very spacious. The resort had a wellness area which I highly recommend (: The receptionist from the hotel kept in touch with us and took care of our satisfaction. I will definitely choose the same place in the future.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at this charming, small, family-run hotel, and it was truly one of the highlights of our trip. The host, a local farmer, runs the place with a genuine warmth and hospitality that you rarely come across these days. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like old friends—with a big smile, kind eyes, and a level of generosity that made us feel right at home. While there were some minor language barriers, they did not detract in the slightest from the experience. In fact, they only added to the authenticity and heartwarming nature of our stay.
