Everything was great!! Clean room with everything you need, a very comfortable bed, free coffee and water. The location was also great - though not near to the city center, the metro station is literally in front of the hotel which makes it extremely easy to move around. Staff were helpful and great to us :)

The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The decor was stylish and the bed extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The view from the room was breathtaking -Danube and city Centre - offering a stunning panorama of the city. The amenities provided were top-notch, and the attention to detail in the room’s setup made it feel like a home away from home. The breakfast at Hotel Melia Vienna was a delightful experience. There was a wide variety of options to choose from, catering to all tastes and dietary preferences. The quality of the food was excellent, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. The breakfast area was well-organized and had a pleasant ambiance, making it a great start to the day. The hotel’s location is one of its best features. It is situated in a calm area with excellent train connections, making it easy to explore Vienna. Despite being central, the location is wonderfully quiet, providing a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. Additionally, there are convenient amenities nearby, such as a supermarket and a makeup store, which added to the overall convenience of the stay. I cannot praise Irina enough for her exceptional hospitality during my stay. From the moment I arrived, she greeted me with a warm smile and an incredibly welcoming demeanor. Irina’s attention to detail and dedication to ensuring every guest feels special truly stood out. She went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable, always ready to assist with any request, no matter how small. Her genuine care and professionalism were evident in every interaction, making me feel valued and well taken care of. Irina’s ability to anticipate needs and provide thoughtful touches throughout my stay added a personal touch that made all the difference. Robert was also amazing during my stay, welcoming, kind, very attentive.

Harry's home hotel is well placed hotel in the center of Vienna, few steps from amazing public transport from where you can get any directions of you tour. Room was super clean, bed comfy and personal one of the best I have ever met. I will come visit in the future, I'm sure. Btw: hotel's personal gived us room with look on the river for free 👍♥️

Hotel is renovated, I was here 4 years ago and now it looks very modern and cozy. Staff is very customer oriented, we came at 11 and they managed to find 2 already cleaned rooms and allow us to check in and put our luggage. Breakfast is reach and tasty, maybe sunny side eggs can be added. Less than 10 mm minutes to Sthephans dom and the U1 is 2 minutes walk.

    The hotel is minimalist, but they go above and beyond with the breakfast, offering a wide variety of options included in the room price. The vending machines for drinks and snacks were a convenient touch as well. My only concern was the lack of staff after hours, which made me worried about forgetting my key card, as there’s no way to enter without it once the doors are locked. Overall, great value for the price, especially with the breakfast and convenience of the facilities.”
