Near the airport, comfortable room. Very friendly and helpful staff! I was deeply impressed by the front desk agent Markus, who was fluent in many languages (Russian, Spanish) and with whom I could speak in my native language :) The service was very quick and flawless.

Everything was perfect from the beginning till the end. Very comfortable bed, clean rooms. And thank you for good quality cosmetics in the bathroom. Our flight was early in the morning, so we couldn’t take breakfast and since 4 till 6 in the morning they serve coffee with croissants for free. The hotel and everything was nice including the always open breakfast room with free water and tea and the general cleanliness of the whole place, When I arrived there with my family there was only one staff member on duty running the show on New Years Eve. My young family and I travelled to dozens of countries and stayed in more hotels than we can count, but this one staff member, at Hotel 23, on the outskirts of Vienna, I think her name was Christina?, was among the friendliest, most helpful staff we have ever met. Not the usual hospitality friendliness that is often so superficial, but a friendliness coming from within, super natural and super honest. I hope she makes a decent wage, because she is worth gold in our opinion. Vielen Dank für Ihren herzlichen Empfang, den super Service, und dass Sie ein wahnsinnig toller Mensch sind.

Good location in quiet town not far from Schwechat airport. Train station in walking distance: Vienna downtown is 30min. by train. Clean facilities reasonably well equipped. WIFI works erratically and there is no elevator.

Untold charge for breakfast kept silent until after breakfast and collected by hallway ambush! Uber didn't want to collect us because they said it was too close to the airport and the drivers don't make enough to make the trip worth it.

I strongly recommend this hotel for anyone who is searching for a stopover near the airport. First of all, it's one train stop (4 mins) and the hotel itself is super great. Easy check-in, very comfy room with a lot of light and small cozy items. You can tell that owners want travellers to feel more at home. Also in the morning, I wanted to drink a coffee and asked if I can have one anywhere, so a very nice lady made a big cup of cappuchino for me. Also there is a supermarket BILLA just 1km away (10mins by foot).
