Every detail is considered and made to make the quests comfy and satisfied, feeling better than at home. The feeling of staying at the hotel is like staying in the best European places, but with warm Armenian and Gyumri welcomes. The location is excellent, right in the city center. Also, the staff is very friendly, helpful, and well educated. The breakfast is awesome. There are many choices for any taste. Everything is excellent.

The room was nicely decorated with antique furniture, the bed was very comfortable and since the room was facing the internal courtyard, it was very quiet. The bathroom was super clean. The breakfast and hospitality from the owner are outstanding.

Everything. The stuff is really friendly and actually speaks english so we were able to comunicate. The hotel is a 1-2min walk from the main square. There is a secured parking behind the building. The breakfast was actually one of the best we had. There is a kitchen that you can use and you can always have a coffee, the, so perfect for longer stays.
