My friend and I walked the Transcaucasian Trail, and at Lu-Na we found more than we expected. The house is very comfortable and has an amazing view, but what truly made the difference was the incredibly warm welcome we received from Ani, Hayk, and Artak. We felt like guests in the truest sense, and we had the chance to talk with our hosts and sharing even breakfast, learning a lot about Armenia and its culture. I sincerely recommend a stop at this guesthouse, whether you're a hiker or simply someone who loves nature. Thank you so much for the great experience, the delicious food... and for the lift to Vayk!

I absolutely loved this property. It was very cheap for a last minute Booking when all properties in the area were either unavailable or out of budget. It’s a great base to explore Jermuk and Tatev as well as Areni. The room was super clean, comfortable bed, great AC in these very hot July days and very bright with 3 windows Super convenient access to food court and supermarket and parking right in front of entrance door. Although it is located on the main road full of trucks and cars I didn’t hear a single thing at night Although we had very limited interactions all the staff are very kind and welcoming

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at a sanatorium hotel for the first time, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! The people were lovely, surrounded by breathtaking nature, and the numerous therapeutic procedures included in the accommodation made our stay even more special. The city itself impressed us with its natural beauty, fresh air, and mineral water that you can drink straight from the tap. I sincerely hope that many others will discover the wonders of Jermuk and, in particular, this hotel. These places are undoubtedly worth a visit. The staff is incredibly welcoming and pleasant. We had to check out very early, even before breakfast started, and they kindly packed a fantastic breakfast for us to take on the road. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a pleasant view of beautiful peaks from the window. Mountains are everywhere you look! Overall, our stay was filled with positive experiences, and we highly recommend this sanatorium hotel to anyone seeking a rejuvenating and serene escape. We got a free upgrade to the luxury room with a nice view from the balcony. Overall, a good experience. Breakfast was amazing. We got pampered by the cook and enjoyed a very nice meal in the morning. The views of the Jermuk gorge are lovely!

The hotel was completely renovated, everything is brand new, modern and well designed. The room was very well equipped and comfortable. Private parking, charging for electric cars. Delicious breakfast. Games room with billiards, library with chess-backgammon, game consoles. Professional staff. We will come again.
