They provide baby shampoo soap n shower gel even slippers for kids in the room,,,,cookies was delicious .....bed was comfortable baby cot was safe n clean...love the view from my balcony ..republic square was approax 20 min walking distance from the hotel but the best part was atleast hotel provided free transportation from hotel to republic square ..drinks they provided close to reception they kept for guest loved it .....and my 1 year 5 months old daughter loved the kids room she enjoyed alot in the kids room at the hotel very beautiful n spacious...all the staff were helpful from reception to the restaurant etc and the best part was the view of the hotel water fountain....my daughter love the swing ...it was so relaxing in the hotel love hearing birds chirping.....

Very friendly stuff! They allowed us to check in earlier because we arrived in the morning. Clean room, clean bathroom, very helpful people who also helped us with our bags. It was very pleasant to stay there! For me the floor was a bit cold but it’s okay as you can wear shoes.

Hotel location is absolutely perfect. It’s so central so very easy to reach all the local attractions. On our were greeted by most welcoming Samson. He was so helpful and very polite. Our check in process was very straight forward. Rooms are very clean and beds extremely comfortable. The purpose of our visit was a special birthday celebration and Samson , Avet and Marek could not be more helpful. This small hotel is very conveniently located, just a few minutes' walk from the Italian Embassy and a 10-minute walk to the very center, Republic Square. Carrefour is just in the next building and open till midnight. All rooms are located on the second floor, boasting high ceilings and a quiet street view. The rooms come equipped with a fridge, cups, and cutlery, making it very convenient. The good internet and Smart TV were great amenities to have. Everything was clean, neat, and definitely worth the money. While there isn't a 24/7 reception, the owner is always available online via WhatsApp, which made communication even more comfortable. I was thoroughly pleased with my experience here.
