I highly recommend staying at this hotel. The staff were very friendly. The environment was very clean and peaceful. Even though I was late checking in, they were very kind and waited for me و And the atmosphere was very lovely and quiet. The property was in a beautiful location in the city of Sevan. The property was easy to locate, the name was on the side of the building. When we arrived (which was earlier than the check in time) we were welcomed by the staff and immediately got upgraded to a different room with no extra cost. The room itself was beautifully decorated and the facilities were excellent. The room was warm and the bed was very comfortable. We swapped numbers with one of the hotel managers who gave us restaurant recommendations and he was in call for whatever we needed. The staff themselves were incredibly attentive, kind, and would go above and beyond for their guests! We needed to print tickets off for our bus journey and they were happy to help. When we told them how we were getting to the bus station they offered us a free drive to our location. We also got offered tea and cake just before our check out. I cannot fault this hotel and would recommend it to anyone who is travelling to Sevan. I will be sure to book here again!

Luxury was like an oasis in the Sevan city. Our room had a lot of space with a modern design, a double bed, and air conditioning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially the breakfast and the lovely garden. The owners organised a day tour that was great, taking us to the national park, a monastery, a church, and the centre of Delijan. The owners were very kind and helpful, making our experience truly memorable.
