Very interesting place to visit. Most affordable city to visit in Europe with good and very reasonable price for hotels and restaurants as well as cafe and bars. Used north and south bus terminal in Tirana which I believe under construction and total mess no facility and bused parking on dirty field. On the way to Sarande got ride on the van 40 years old and very uncomfortable and not save for ride for 4.5 hour Dispatcher and sales overcharge for 500 lek on 2 tickets. Be carefully and check price before you buy.

We booked through Booking.com, and it was a great choice. The apartments were modern, clean, and very reasonably priced, offering excellent value compared to places like London or Milan or Brussels.

Tirana is vibrant and has tons of history.A must is to go to the Albanian Nights theatre .It was delightful.The people of Albania are so helpful and gracious. We Castle wall is filled with great restaurants and shops.We ate at the Tarfur and the food and service was good.

Tirana is an up and coming city, its small but quite pleasant. The main square and its surroundings is where most of the activities and what's going on takes place. Its compact and only takes a day to see most if not all of it. Clean and tidy and most importantly it did feel really safe.

Our visit to Tirana was such a great experience! The city really surprised us with its mix of history, culture, and modern energy. We spent our days exploring some amazing places — the Pyramid of Tirana, Skanderbeg Square, the House of Leaves, Bunk’Art 1 and 2, Tirana Castle, the Et’hem Bej Mosque, and the beautiful Resurrection of Christ Orthodox Church. Each place had its own story and character. One of our favourite parts was walking through Tirana Lake Park — it’s peaceful, green, and the perfect break from the busy city streets. We also loved how friendly and welcoming everyone was, and how easy it was to find great food and coffee everywhere we went. Tirana has a unique charm that makes you feel both relaxed and inspired. We’d definitely go back and recommend it to anyone who wants to experience a city that’s full of life and culture.

Interesting city to walk around, really enjoyed House of Leaves and museum to learn about history. Nice walking, green spaces, nice restaurants, lots of day trips available from here. People very approachable when I stopped to ask for directions etc.
