The host family were beyond amazing. They were the kindest and most hospitable hosts I've ever had. They made us feel welcome and at home and made sure any need was met before we even knew we needed It. They showed us true Albanian culture and customs, with music and dance, shared historical stories about the area and made amazing wood fired food. Best hosts I've ever had. Adriat didn't speak much English so his daughter Aida translated and when she wasn't there we used Google translate which wasn't an issue. The location was breath taking. It was on the water nestled in the mountains, you can either take a short walk across a bridge or the hosts can come collect you with a boat. The food provided for every meal was organic and locally sourced which made every bite amazing. Local dishes and ingredients for every meal. We were offered coffee and Raki throughout our stay along with an endless supply of fresh mountain water. Very relaxing vibe which is what we were looking for to end our time in Albania. Options to take out kayaks or paddle boards were also there Best place we stayed at in Albania for sure.

The hostess was welcoming and even gave us a paper with places to visit in Kruja. The rooms were clean and tidy. The hot water in the shower never seemed to end and the bed was very comfortable. The hostess was even so kind to fill the room with rose petals and candles(as a surprise for my wife) as we were visiting during valentines day.

The stay was an incredible experience. The hotel is located in a beautiful location with a magnificent view. Quiet and family environment. The food was excellent. The view was spectacular. There is a terrace with a lovely panorama that can also be enjoyed from some of the balconies. The bed/ whole place were very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The host was super hospitable. Lots of space and a nice garden. Some silly turkeys a few houses away.
