This was my favorite hotel in Albania! The room was clean, comfortable and cosy. The location is perfect for visiting the castle and old town. The host Maradona was absolutely incredible! From the minute we arrived to the minute we left he was there to help. He gave us a lift to the old town (twice) and was just a super friendly and helpful at all times. We ate at his restaurant and the food was amazing too! Home cooked traditional food and good beer and wine. I will definitely return to this hotel again in the future. He made us feel at home and we really enjoyed our stay.

Great accommodation in the old city of Gjirokastra, everything was just a few steps away. The owner is a gem, gave us lots of suggestions and insights of the city. Parking was easy, just outside the hotel, and free of charge. Nice breakfast!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Palorto Inn, set in a beautifully renovated Ottoman house in the old town of Gjirokastër. Everything is brand new, with a spacious, stylish and very comfortable room. The welcome was exceptional: the owner is truly incredible and the staff extremely attentive, kind, and caring. They also helped us solve all our little issues — including a problem we had with our car — and were of great assistance throughout our stay. Breakfast, currently served in a nearby restaurant, was delicious.

Very special accommodation with an incredible view. We chose the best room, huge and with an enormous bathtub, and a comfy bed. Also, they have an outside jacuzzi that we were able to use it at any time. Everything was spotless! The breakfast was delicious, and the hosts simply lovely! One of them waited for us outside because the place is a bit hidden in the narrow streets, and can be a bit tricky to find. We recommend it 100%!

Rooms and bathroom were super clean and tidy. Everything was new , beds was very comfortable. Host was very nice and even offered to do our laundry, everything we asked for like a kettle and coffee equipment we received immediately . Big verity of food at breakfast that was a lot bigger than expected served at the tarrce while enjoying the mountaintop view. Private parking. Best place that i stayed in Albania by far , highly recommend.

Staff was really amazing! They do everything they can to fell you comfortable. They even asked about what we like for breakfast and bring avocado to be sure my wife would be satisfied because we don't eat meat. They also cooked some food even if we arrived super late 10:30 pm! And cherry on the cake, food was super tasty, super yummy. Hotel and rooms are brand new, staff is super helpful, kind and available. Localisation is perfect if you have a car, 5mn from the center of Gjirokaster. A perfect stay, we enjoyed everything and would be very pleased to stay at this hotel again. Definitely recommend this place! Thank you!
