Modern and new hotel with amazing up hill sea&city view. Friendly and helpful stuff for anytime, clean room, comfortable large bed, nice bar with pool with good prices. It will be on our list to visit again. Worth it!!

The property is spacious, kept well maintained with beautiful view of Saranda. The host Nick, Flora and other lady who made the hearty breakfasts made it a wonderful stay. We felt homely and safe. Infact Albania and the people here are really down to earth and helpful.

Everything was perfect, absolutely clean, brand new and the quality of the materials were unbelievable. The staff was incredibly warm and always available, to the point when they knew we would travel to Corfu by ferry the last day of our stay and needed the green card to be picked up previously, the owner immediately called a friend at the port and took us there to prevent any inconvenience the day after. Never been treated better during an hotel staying despite our extensive tourist experience. Highly above expectations absolutely recommend without hesitation. Thank you Litan Staff

The room and the room service was amazing and the owner was very kind and helpful and he also gave us many recommendations on where to go. The hotel is at the heart of the city with dozens of restaurants and bars, there is a supermarket and a pharmacy nearby, the beach is just 2 steps away and at the same building there are very nice restaurants. The room was very clean and there is service whenever you ask. There is a washing machine, an iron, a hairdryer, air conditioner in every room and free WiFi. You can also pay by card there, while many stores in Sarandë don’t have POS. We definitely recommend it!

We had a lovely 2 night stay at the hotel and we left with the best impression! The entire hotel was superclean and supercomfortable! The room was spacy with quite many surfaces to organize your stuff rather than picking it up from suitcase. Sheets and towels were bright white and smelled so good, which is something we adore! Bed matters to us also and we had some quality sleep due to good matress and waves' sound.. In the morning we had a very rich breakfast and the staff was very kind while reassuring that we we pleased and we did not need anything else.

Great staff, exceptional friendy and really very helpfull with advices. Also; they work hard and very fast and extremely effective. I loved their ice coffee! And the terrace and balcony is nice. Only 5 minutes walking to the beach. Very clean hotel and room. Breakfast was excellent. Great wifi. View on the beach and a street, because the hotel is situated upon a hill. They made me feel at home, in Albanian style!

An excellent stay in a fantastic hotel. Although is not in city centre (30 min walking), you can find near the hotel a lot of restaurants, markets, bakeries and beaches, and less confusion. The room was always extremely well cleaned, the beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioner was capable of acclimatizing the room to the temperature we wanted very fast. The breakfast was excellent as well, with good variety of eggs, cheeses and juices. Finally the staff was very friendly, helpful and was attentive to our needs
