    The pillows were to hard.

    The pillows were to hard. There should be a coffee pot in the room. The toilet in my room was very uncomfortable. Floor drainage in hall was very poor. The meals were great. The staff was very friendly,A+

    second visit and the improvements were noticable - but the key factor is Kris - the duty manager who was always approachable and went beyond to make our trip even better . Cannot recommend high enough .
