Umm Al Quwain is a very quite and peaceful emirate.
Umm Al Quwain is a very quite and peaceful emirate. Its a perfect place to take a break from the busy life of the city. We visited mall of UAQ. The lulu hypermarket there will cater to all our needs.
We mainly ate at the restaurants in the hotel itself, Backwaters (Keralite) and Bavaria (German). Good food and reasonably priced.

Nice and peaceful city, has everything as per necessities. Loved the sea, they have Starbucks, Hardees, KFC, McDonald's etc, what else could you wish for.
Definitely, a great place to visit and Flamingo Beach & Resort is highly recommended.
You can go for swimming by the sea, crab hunting, fishing, boating, jet ski or lay down by the sea and bathe in the sun.

Very nice and quiet area to visit.
Very nice and quiet area to visit. Clean area, not a lot of people or noises. Area is growing with major building projects going on. Can see the place booming in population in another 5 years from now. Very nice places to buy alcohol and pork products if you are not Muslim.

Umm Al Quwain is perfect for getting some peace and...
Umm Al Quwain is perfect for getting some peace and relaxation. Few people there, only few hotels, but enough shops, restaurants and facilities to get everything you need.
It is perfect for those who are looking for some quiet, away from the busy big cities.

The location is ideal for a peaceful, relaxing get away from daily madness of a busy city life. The rooms overlooked the sea and the views at sun down and sunrise were beautiful. The rooms were large and well maintained especially the bathrooms. The evening barbeque was quite delicious with the kebabs being the best feature. staff are very friendly, and eager to please.
The pathway to the beach could do with a bit more repair work- it is in many places worn down. Steps and outdoor decor needs an uplift.
We truly enjoyed ourselves and would recommend this property to others.

The hotel interior, the pool and beach is great and you can spend your whole day relaxing here. I also loved how staff takes care of their guests. make no mistake on that. Breakfast everyday was slightly different but basic food items remain same. We booked deluxe partial sea view room and it was a great decision we made. It was my husband's birthday so they also provided a chocolate mousse cake and written a message on mirror. thanks for this gesture ❤️ Price is slight on higher side but 2-3 nights stay would be worth it.

Good location with beach and good pool
Room still can be more clean.i saw termites and some small insects near coffee in table.
Bathroom locked but not opened for 15 min and i got panique &thought to call hotel.Luckily managed to open.imagine if my or kids used toilets.
Infra structure,staffs,reachable,swimming pool,reception services are really good

i wished i knew this hotel many years before my visit ; Truly i like the location and the security and the quick response of the staff ; also i like the front line beach rooms with BBQ facility and the sea view .. certainly will visit again regardless my multiple bad experience listed below
