The house was cozy and clean. There is a nice view. We had a lovely time. The neighbors were very friendly and peaceful, which made us feel right at home. Alexios, our host, was exceptional in making our stay in Ioannina a fantastic experience. He typifies "filoxenia". The apartment is in the old quarter close to walls and the waterfront. Beautifully presented, great apartment, great location. We will definitely stay there again.

The location is set in a lovely village with incredible views from every direction. It’s walking distance to a few very good restaurants, as well as to Monodendri, where the hike to Vikos Gorge (and other hikes) starts from. It’s very clean and the owner, Petros, is very welcoming and exceptionally accommodating. His daughter Sofia, helps with the management of the guesthouse and is truly amazing, assisting with all my queries. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Thank you for the special memories I take home
