We were made so very welcome by the property owner, Aziz. Excellent communication prior to arriving and greeted upon our arrival. The garden house is an oasis of calm and perfectly appointed. A lovely garden area to relax in with a small pool. The interior is very well and comfortably furnished. This property met and exceeded our expectations.

MY HOTEL Al Lathba Pool Villa - Nizwa فيلا اللثبه-نزوى está establecido en Nizwa, a 8 minutos a pie de Nizwa Fort, y ofrece hospedaje con WiFi gratis, aire acondicionado y una terraza. The villa was very comfortable and spacious for our family of 6. Location was excellent, being in close proximity to the old town, Nizwa fort and souq. There were a lot of cafes and restaurants available within a short walking distance. It was also a short walk to the goat souq for a memorable Friday morning experience. Keys pick up was easy and the owner was very considerate and checked in to make sure we settled in comfortably as well as ensuring the indoor pool was heated and ready for us. We also really enjoyed the free breakfast that came with the stay. Parking onsite (in the garage) was definitely a plus point! Overall it was an excellent stay!

It's an amazing place, it must have been a big garage or something before, now made into a magical place with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a cute kitchen. And with your own private pool!!! It's basically like being in a Arabic fairytale hotel room. Breakfast is available just a cross the street with an amazing view of Nizwa and the kindest staff.
