Just 5 minutes’ walk from Turangi town centre, Creel Lodge is a 4.5-star Qualmark rated motel offering self-contained suites with a private patio and BBQ facilities. Large living room with separate bedroom. There was a well equipped, small kitchenette. A large, very clean bathroom. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet. There were several facilities for fishermen. It was very pleasant to sit on the deck and watch the birds. It was a short walk to the river. There were laundry facilities on site. We loved the place.

The Lodge is in a great location and we had a room with a beautiful view over the lake. We also enjoyed time in the property's private hot pool. The staff / owners were all very friendly and welcoming and we'll definitely be staying there again.

The environment is so beautiful and serene. In the morning, we can see cows outside the small bnb 😊. Great breakfast 👍. Our host, Alyson and Tim are great people. Alyson took care of us to the tiniest details, making our stay perfect. She baked us muffins twice during our 6-day stay. Thanks Alyson. We miss the place!

The apartment located away from the main house is beautifully decorated. It is a dream location and just 5 minutes drive away from Whitianga. The hosts were very nice and very discreet. We enjoyed the quietness and the beauty of the place. The 3 days that we spent there were a dream part of our vacation
