El Lakaz Chamarel Exclusive Lodge, rodeado por el parque natural del río Negro y las montañas de Chamarel, cuenta con vistas impresionantes al mar y se encuentra a 6 km de la localidad de La Goulette.... Very natural and serene location. Green, charming and eye catching. Convenient and stylish lodges, open air shower and pools. Kept closed to residents only, so feels like you almost on your own there. Great view at sunset from the bar atop the hill. Staff are best from what you could expect. A-la-carte menu and wine list in the main restaurant is fairly good and actually one could spend a few days without leaving the premises (we stayed for 2 nights). All-in-all makes your stay memorable and we will stay here again for a part of our journey next year.

Imagine waking up early in the morning, grabbing a coffee, be greeted by two lovely dogs coming to say hi, the sound of birds and the distant noise of the waves. You walk for 3 minutes and you arrive on a beautiful beach, most of the time almost empty,. You can use the kayak, the surf board, bodyboard available at the house, whenever you want to go and see the dolphins even if they often come to the shore. Sanjana and Julien are adorable, so are their 2 kids. We got some fresh eggs coming from their adventurous chicken, they were very kind and helpful throughout our stay. There is a barbecue that we used by the beach…We had an incredible stay and we cannot wait to come again ! Tamarin bay is so much better than Flic en Flac and you have great food options nearby when you spend your day at the beach. The house is located in a secured and quiet place, it’s a fantastic option to discover Mauritius by offering a peaceful space to rest.

The property’s location is just perfect and led to instant relaxation & Anil and his daughter are truly wonderful hosts. The hut is equipped with everything you could wish for and more and it’s just the perfect morning activity to go out with the kayak (that you can use for free) and swim with the dolphins that come to the bay every morning. Furthermore, it’s a very secure place and there plenty of restaurants close by. We would definitely stay here again.

Peaceful Tree Cottage, un alojamiento con un jardín y una terraza, está ubicado en Tamarin, a 21 km de Paradis Golf Club, 28 km de Domaine Les Pailles, así como a 29 km de Les Chute's de Riviere... The environment is great, “this is it”, I said as soon as I entered the garden. Location convenience, cleanliness, aesthetics, innovation and sincerity are all here. Since I rented a car, this place was very useful. If you do not plan to rent it, you will have a hard time. This is an accommodation in nature with the sounds of birds, but if you are afraid of ants and small insects, it may not be suitable for you. I don't think they are disturbing at all. What you see in the pictures is the same. The host and her family are a bonus. They are very sincere and caring. Car parking is not a problem, it is right next to the house, in the garden. Safe, suitable for single woman travelers. Supermarkets are 10 minutes away by car. I recommend you to have a delicious breakfast on the terrace, do your shopping (including drinking water) before your arrival. I liked the location of the house very much. You can reach Le Morne beach in half an hour and immerse yourself in the waters. Casela Adventure Park is 15 minutes away, La Vallee des Couleurs Nature Park is 45 minutes away (I recommend zipline), and the activities in Chamarel are half an hour away. You can also find great restaurants by the sea 15-20 minutes away.
