It was the best hotel experience in my whole life! Safari taken to a new level of comfort - when animals come right to you. We saw all kind of animals coming to the lake - zebras, antipopes, elephants, buffalo, giraffes, monkeys, even a lioness! All from the comfort of our balcony and the restaurant. We have been so amazed! Cherry on top, one evening we heard and then saw an elephant eating a bush right under our balcony. Also, this is one of the most comfortable hotels/safari experiences to get to from Nairobi. We took a luxurious train from Nairobi Terminus (about 3 hours), and then 1 hour hotel shuttle through the park. Staff, food, rooms, amenities - everything was on top. Thank you so much for this beautiful weekend, one of the best in my life!

Paterson's Bridge is 1.2 km from Salt Lick Safari Lodge We loved absolutely everything, the food, the staff, beautiful accommodation and beautiful room. We stayed at Salt Lick but could use swimming pool at Taita Hills. Safari was AMAZING and well organised, absolutely best safari Lodge in the world!!!

Colobus Conservation is 48 km from the chalet, while Shimoni Slave Caves is 300 metres from the property. Ukunda Airport is 54 km away. I loved Bottle Cottage! The setting is wonderful - with a large private balcony with water views. And the cottage itself is really gorgeous - uniquely decorated and extremely spacious - the pictures don't do it justice. I especially loved the sea-creature themed bottle windows. I also liked knowing that my stay contributed to Reefolution - an organization that is leading coral reef restoration with the local communities. The Cottage is in the Firely Eco Retreat so you have all the amenities you need - restaurant, large pool - and the staff are so friendly and helpful. For divers and snorkelers, you can catch the boat to the Marine Park right from the jetty in front. I highly recommend this place!

I spent a few days at the villa and I loved this place - beautiful surroundings, and warm, nice people. To go kiting you need to go to the beach with a tuktuk (10-15 min drive). But it's super quiet and nice!

There is a fully equipped private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. The location in the river and the pool was clean and had a view of the river. The staff was fabulous!

At Severin Safari Camp, nature comes first. Set within the Kitani Wildlife Circuit of Tsavo West National Park, the camp is unfenced, allowing wildlife to roam freely around the waterholes right in front of your accommodation. Location amazing. Stayed in the Bandas and they were amazing. Alpha was exceptionally helpful.

We felt safe, the staff are polite and vigilant to outsiders. The rooms are very clean whilst the interiors are simple with a warm ambiance. Given the location,cleanliness and safety the price is worth it!
