The room was nice and spacious. The bungalow itself is large and feels comfortable with it's wooden interior. It's located slightly on the edge of the city which we enjoyed, since Shillong itself gets quite hectic. Ashang and his staff took great care of us with making breakfast and dinner for us. The food was simple, homely and very nice. We had 4 good nights here. We were also allowed to wash our clothes there. We used the place as a starting point for 2 day trips to the beautiful sights in Meghalaya.

Room service menu (veg options and taste), breakfast spread (jams and honey), staff smiles and service speed and greet. Cleanliness and decor everywhere. Room wooden color was brilliant. Great view outside. Perfect location. Perched on hill top in middle of Shilllng market. Wonderful reception and car parking service. Superb ambience and environment for a family.

Lavish garden having children's play equipment, spacious room with wooden flooring, working table & chair, Sofa. good facility like battery car for transfer. Beautiful environment, Good Staff. Everything was maintained properly. Good Food. also having a big Banquet Hall.

Rooms are very clean and well maintained with nice wooden interiors..Bathrooms were clean too.All the staff members were very helpful.They have a nice restaurant on the top floor terrace.

This is a very well kept historic building at the top of the hill in Shillong, surronded by forest with great views over the city. The rooms are large with very high celings, with warm dark wooden floors and wall panelling, furniture and pictures from the colonial era. The hotel is very clean and well run, the food excellent. The showers are hot and watre prewssure excellent, the wifi works great.

Amazing view and huts, very nicely designed and cozy. Very helpful and kind female staff especially Sovoy, Mary and the nice ladies at the restaurant. Tasty breakfast and nice complimentary chocolates in the room on both days.
