A very quiet location and wonderful staff always willing to assist in any way possible. The villa was huge, the bed comfortable and the pool spectacular. Having a free shuttle service to the beach and Sanur village was great, as was the free afternoon tea each day. The restaurant onsite offered a good choice for breakfast and dinners were also excellent. Thanks to Katouk who provided us with free cooking classes.

Reasonable property in a reasonable location. Short 150m walk to the beach. A number of reasonable restaurants nearby. Shuttle bus to the sister property (Prime Plaza Suites) and another beach. Nice and quiet, good selection of breakfast food.

Elegant hotel with gracious and friendly staff. Great spot to spend the day in Sanur for travellers passing through. Very swish pool with sun lounges, pool towels, and a slick bar. Shuttle bus service to the beach and shops. No need to leave, though, as the hotel is the best place to relax! Rooms were very nicely appointed and really comfortable.

The staff were so friendly and happy to help, the place is very quiet and the rooms were really comfortable. We were able to have 2 rooms next to each other which suited our family. The pool was lovely. They had a shuttle bus to take us to the beach or pick us up, but it wasn’t far to walk to the beach as well. When we needed a taxi it was easy for the resort staff to organise one for us. The breakfast was amazing!

Beautiful gardens with lovely cabins

All staff very very friendly and attentive. Facilities very clean and was very comfortable. I liked the location as it was a little bit away from the tourist area so you could get some local foods cheap and it was quieter. It's easy to get a Grab into the hustle or Visakha offered a shuttle service a few times a day at no extra charge. There was also a resident little cat we named Lil' Kym who made the stay even more comfortable. She was very friendly and loved attention.

I was really pleasantly surprised by this villa. The photos don't really do it justice, it's fantastic! Great location nearby shops and beach, and the facilities in the villa made our stay really comfortable. With 3 kids, it was big enough for everyone to have their own space, and I like that the pool could be shut off so the baby wouldn't fall in. The staff were very attentive, responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this villa to families.

Nice staff, nice location, lovely atmoshpere as you stay in a renovated old cabin. The bathroom was soooo big and lovely and the water pressure was great. Nice Pool and amazing garden. The bedroom was very spacious as well. Nice breakfast and comfy beds. We had a private garden and that felt very luxorious.

The villa's rooms were clean comfy. There is a shuttle bus to Sanur centre thst we found very convenient. Breakfast is ok, but if you want "real" coffee (ie espresso or cappuccino) you need to pay.

I love everything, the room, the bathroom, the leaving room , the swimming pool, the shuttle.We stayed there, like at home ,everyone was thoughtful, and super kind. All the staff were in perfect harmony with the Villa. A special thank you to Feri for his professionalism and friendliness ,we miss her ❤️
