The garden is impressive. The room is very lovely. There are many details in the room we can feel that they really try to ensure every guest get good rest. Because our stay is also the first day of Chinese New Year, the hostess made us the traditional Chinese cookies. We all really enjoy them, especially my father. We also have a very hearty dinner. We really appreciate their host, which makes our last stay in New Zealand memorable. If we come back to New Zealand, we will definitely visit them again. BTW, their bulldog Pluto is so lovely, will definitely miss her as well.

Was a great location for me, easy to get around if driving. Free parking right in front of the room. The rooms were clean and serviced daily. Top floor unit had a self-contained kitchenette with a little stovetop, microwave, toaster, kettle, utensils and cutlery.

Definitely one of the best motel I have stayed in! The room I booked was perfect for 3 pax! It has everything you'll need from showering to cooking stuff. Even the washing machine is free to use! That is so rare! My friends and I enjoyed our stay so much we just stayed in the room and watch Olympics the whole night. The bed was also super comfortable and they even came to tidy up the room and clear the rubbish the next day. We are super impressed with this motel and will definitely recommend everyone to look no further and stay here!

We had a wonderful stay at Abella Lodge Motel. It was sparkling clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The facilities were excellent, with a baby cot and a well-equipped kitchen that allowed us to prepare simple meals for our 18-month-old, making it ideal for families. Highly recommend for a comfortable and family-friendly stay!
