We had an amazing stay at these cabanas. The host family was wonderful and incredibly helpful. They cooked us a delicious christmas dinner. They even decorated a Christmas tree for us. Served excellent breakfasts, and even provided transportation with their own car. It was about a 5 minute walk to the beach. Highly recommend!

New place to stay, everything inside is new. There was a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle (with sugar, tea, coffee), blender, gas stove, a full set of dishes, hair dryer, and even an iron with ironing board. Very good lighting. The apartment is spacious, with comfortable beds and pillows. There’s a water heater in the shower. Lots of windows — on one side you see the road, on the other side greenery (feels like you're living in the jungle). It was quiet, even though it's near the road. There is parking. Cafes and shops are nearby. Hiriketiya Beach is 1 km away (about a 10-minute walk). P.S. If you stay in this apartment, please keep it clean and tidy. There’s not much good housing in Sri Lanka, and other people will come after you. As a suggestion to the owners. To make your place even better, please add shower gel and shampoo 😀

Tangalle was a highlight of our Sri Lankan vacation. We loved the house on the beach, with an amazing view from the balcony. The house offers you a good access to beaches, including a semi-private beach right under the house. The brakefast was big and amazing with lots of fruit. The owner family was kind and caring. We loved our stay here and would love to come back.

This is in a good part of Tangalle, near some nice restaurants and the beach where the turtles hatch. Staff were super kind and provided us with some awesome breakfasts. There were lots of frogs in the bathroom, I liked it, but it might not be everyone's vibe.

What a beautiful place to stay. Felt like in a 5 star hotel. Complete privacy, big tropical garden and very humble and gentle host. The lady even sewed my partners torn trousers. The room is very spacious and has a silent AC. There was a lot of thougt put into the decoration, making it truly the tangalle triangle. Breakfast was big and tasty and served on the (triangular) garden table. The house is located outside of tangalle so if proximity to the center is important, this place might not be the right choice. However we spent two nights there and never stepped a foot into the center. Restaurants are located nearby (recommend "hipster cafe" and "fresh lovely food") and the beach is 5min by foot.

We stayed at this place With my boyfriend during our Srí Lanka trip, and it was simply perfect. Room was so clean, it had everything we needed, the place was peaceful and had a beautiful garden With a lake. Ajantha's place is a truly special find. He has only just reopened, hence the lack of reviews showing online. But it really is an amazing place to stay. There is only one chalet, which is very private and spacious. The chalet is surrounded by a tropical garden and has Aloe Vera Garden Restaurant next to it. The restaurant serves delicious food - I recommend the chicken soup (freshly made for each order with lots of veggies). The staff there are friendly, too. The chalet includes a double bed plus a large singled bed. Both of which have mosquito nets all around them. There is also a private terrace to chill out on. I loved the little details, like the pretty shapes made in the bedsheets and welcoming us with a coconut when we arrived! The place was very clean and we had fresh towels and sheets. Ajantha was there for us if we needed anything (like picking up big 5 litre water bottles from the shop) while also giving us our privacy.
