We were allowed to park our car outside hotel entrance, there was no need to use hotel's underground parking. I found this hotel cleanliness at the same level as 5 star hotels I normally stay in. Not a single bit of dust anywhere. Breakfast was very tasteful and generous. Coffee at breakfast and reception is top notch. Stuff was welcoming, checking-in was mega quick. I wouldn't go anywhere else when visiting Kosovska Mitrovica.
