Reception staff and guess relation lady are great. Iberostar Selection Diar El Andalous is located on the Mediterranean coast in Sousse. It overlooks the sandy beaches and offers an indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, a spa and a children playground. The hotel was fantastic! The facilities were modern, clean, and beautifully designed. The pool area was serene, and the atmosphere overall was very relaxing. I was especially impressed with the staff’s hospitality. Nawfal at the reception was incredibly welcoming and professional, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. Imad from guest relations went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, providing helpful recommendations and always greeting us with a smile. Their outstanding service truly made our visit memorable.

Being a rooftop there is a lot of privacy and also the terrace is an amazing spot for chilling and enjoying the sunset. I have to mention that the staff was absolutely great and always available!

The downstairs room was large and there were two lofts. Each with a single bed. Mouna took excellent care of everything for us, and her breakfast was very nice. View from roof deck was off the entire city.
