The cold water shower is exactly what you need after a sweaty beach day... But Sai and the staff really helped us out with hot water for our kid. We loved the breakfast as well - they have such a wide selection of fruits and other options. Everybody was very kind and very welcoming, and really went out of their way at all times. Also enjoyed the yoga classes and although we didn't get to use the complimentary kayaks/SUPs etc, was so glad they had that on offer.
