Perched on the side of a hill, with lovely views across the orchard fields and river, to the hills beyond. 100+ year old building, perfectly renovated, with excellent modern amenities, without losing the charm. Really lovely spaces to hang-out in, eat the delicious breakfast in. Swimming pool and terrace for floating in. Super attentive, friendly, helpful manager and staff. We came back from a long bike ride and were greeted with glasses of homemade lemonade. Top place in our two weeks roaming in Portugal.
